An eager fresh graduate of "Such-A-Voice's" Masters course, I sport a deep, dynamic voice, Suitable for narrations, commercials and smooth for presentations, but can alter it to do accents and characters as well. Can also be "wacky" or "offbeat" to suit.

My Voice Experience

I also have done tags and short commercials for a local Cumulus AM/FM radio station(s) in my spare time, as well as being set up to do volunteer reading for C.R.I.S (Connecticut Radio Information System)to inform the handicapped of news and current events. This summer (2010) once their system is set up to do so, I will also be doing volunteer reading for RFB&D, from my home studio, to help educate the blind and dyslexic on computer and electronics technology, once they have set up for home recording.

In this field, I have trained with producers/trainers, Heather Costa, Dan Levine, Robert Sciglimpaglia, Michael Turnbull,Terry Lieberman, Sheryl Powers,Mel Allen...just to name a few.

My Studio Equipment

Rode NGT-2 shotgun mic w/pop filter,stand and boom; (2)Yamaha Audiogram 3 audio interfaces; various software, now using "Audacity" for recording and "Adobe Audition" for fine tuning/editing; Both plugged into (2) Intel PC's (self assembled and configured) w 3.2 GHz P-4 processor and 2Gbytes of DDR-3200. All pretty basic, but as I learn more about home studio work, I will upgrade as I go.

Additional Skills

I am an electronics tech by trade, but I am also a "handy" person. But above everything else,I am all about helping others using my abilities/talents...PERIOD.

From a technical perspective, I presently specialize in PC&laptop troubleshooting & repair, but have also delved into repairing most electronic devices, such as CRT monitors/Televisions; amplifiers; game systems, etc., over the last 40 years. I also have experience with automotive electrical, mechanical repairing,Auto (drag)racing (and even building limo's), compressed air equipment(had a business doing this in the 80's), most mechanical/electrical issues and the retail trade(I am usually favored over others to do announcements, etc., over the PA system(s)).

I have also played several musical instruments in the past: guitar(6&12 String);coronet; tenor sax, two tier organ...blah,blah...but my most endeared is percussion!

What I have really desired, however, is to get into something I was told long ago that I was potentially good at...Radio, voice and acting...and I am now ready to do whatever it takes to successfully help my client's reach their goal(s). Thank you so very much for taking the time to read my profile!
