My Voice Experience
I've done over 20 commercials locally here in NYC. These were shown on Manhattan cable and the Metro channel. They were also shown on the web. Some of the businesses I did voiceovers for would be Paddy McGuire's, Mercury Bar, Clean Sweep, Nadine's, Seppie's Restaurant and Ciao.
My Training
I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Iona College where I was a disc jockey all four years. I did voiceovers for the station for businesses around the school as well as taking audio/visual classes. After college I worked at a small station in Patterson, NY. I stopped for awhile but got back into the business in 2000 when I started doing freelance work for Good Film Productions. I then trained for voiceover work with Larry Conroy and his seminar/class, On Camera . . . And off, Inc.
My Studio Equipment
I do not have a studio. I worked at Full House Productions on W. 18th St. where an engineer was at the mixing board while I was across from him in the studio.
Additional Skills
Aside from voiceovers I also have acted in 4 independent films and numerous commercials. When I was not acting I worked for Katz Media as a supervisor/office manager and then for 10 years as a media trainer/helpdesk analyst where I had to speak with clients on the phone or in person on a daily basis.
