Over the past year and a half I have successfully scripted, voiced, and produced in areas such as radio commercials and taglines, radio entertainment specials, musician interviews, business on-hold messages, and I have been hosting and producing an on-air timeslot at a radio station.
I have volunteered at a campus / community radio station in the Niagara, Ontario, Canada area from 2004-2007, and I have been volunteering at a campus radio station in the Hamilton, Ontario, Canada area from 2007-present. I will be finished the Radio Broadcasting course at Mohawk College (Hamilton, Ontario, Canada) in April 2009, where I have had an incredible amount of practise and experience in writing scripts, production and voicing (including voice overs, voice tracking, and live performing).
I have access to a complete set of modern studios at my college as well as at the radio station I work at. I can use Adobe Audition and Cool Edit Pro efficiently. I am currently in the planning stages of building my own sound proof studio booth in my house.
I am always willing to try out new opportunities, and I would love to expand my vocal range - the only way to do so is to try new things! I am looking to extend my vocal career to no limits, and I think both my professional training and my practical experience prove that I am serious about voicework.
