I can speak very clear and posh, thuggish, cheerleader, Valley Girl, British, American redneck, Big radio announcer, girl next door sweet voice, I'm pretty good with accents in general and can learn accents as well. I've also taken Japanese classes so I could possibly read a script in Japanese if written in English. My American accent in Japanese is nice, however I would have to work on my Japanese accent in English. I'm working on my Russian accent and could improve it quickly if needed for a job.
My Voice Experience
I have not done any voice over work however I am very experienced in singing and have recorded a lot so recording my voice is no trouble. I'm very comfortable recording.

High school and a few college Japanese classes.

I have a condenser mic, preamp, and acid recording software.
Additional Skills
I'm a good contralto singer, so if a character or a jingle is necessarily I would be more than capable of doing it.
