My Voice Experience

On account of my acting experience, I can handle the full gamut of inflection and sound genuine. Although I've acted professionally in several roles, I've spent the most time doing the following:
1. Promotional work as a character actor: medieval herald, coursair (pirate), zombie, spectre/apparition
2. Poetry/ narrative performance: including Dante's Inferno, Dies Irae, Paradise Lost, various textbook excerpts
3. Presentations: on nuclear reactors, non vascular plants, and Otto Von Bismark
4. Training video: for Princeton University's Frist Campus Center
5. Testimonials (improv): for the Princeton University Film and Media Lab, for Galaxy Press and L. Ron Hubbard's career
6. Emcee: for two contests involving an audience of 300+ and 20 contestants each
7. Professional acting: the most memorable was the Halloween show Nightmares on Broad St. (I got to be a gask masked serial killer with one line "fetus"). That was a riot!

My Training

The aforementioned activities cover a good measure of my voice over preparation.
I'm also a graduate of Princeton University 2004 with summa cum laudae in Classical Studies (hence my ability with ancient Greek and Latin).
In addition to the experiences listed above, I served as a tour guide for Princeton University, handling 66 tours in 3 months. On account of that as well as the performances I've handled, I am very adept at improvisation.

On top of that I have my own equipment and did the voice over and dubbing for a stop motion film. This project involved quite a bit of violence, so I had to hack, cough, and moan. It sounded so authentic that the viewers commented how much it made their skin crawl.

Additional Skills

I handle a diverse set of interests; however,
my ultimate aim is to do voice acting for video games, especially those of the fantasy/sci-fi genre. Thus I am actively seeking opportunities to take part in projects of that classification.
I'm also working on the core concept and concept art for a video game of my own.

Other skills that may be of interest include the following:
-experience in stop motion animation (especially claymation)
-experience sculpting figurines and miniatures (as well as painting them)
-puppeteering
-acting
-Japanese fencing
-creative writing (I'm working on a manuscript for a sword and sorcery fantasy novel).
-video editting as well as composing DVD title menus
and so on

Moreover, let's not forget my interest in science and the humanities.
