Additional Skills
I grew up a navy brat, which means my father was in the Navy and I moved around frequently. I was born in Connecticut and lived in Rhode Island; I have lived in multiple southern states and in Southern California. Because of my exposure to multiple states I picked up multiple dictions of English and can mimic them.
I am currently a Guest Care Manager with Marriot international. It is vital that I am able to communicate clearly in order to communicate with various types of people, for example military personal, business men and women, and children of multiple ages. I am required to use multiple tones and voice levels depending on the message I want to deliver. I have to have comedic timing and different voice personalities, including phone voice, reservations, problem resolution, and empathy. These various experiences and my attention to the importance of tone in delivery will assist me in any voice offer project.
