My Voice Experience
I have worked with a leading BPO for over 6 years in the voice and accent training department. I have trained people on various accents and voice modulation. Basically, got them to sound interesting and get peoples attention by the way of their voice. I have had to inact what I'd like them to learn. During the course of training we have done many mock calls & role plays where I played different characters. Used my voice, tone, word stress, pauses, pitch to convey different emotions. Its been a great experience to act like someone you are not and get people to believe what you are saying. Its fun to play different characters
