I wrote, recorded and self-produced an audiotape about Rheumatoid Arthritis. It's a warm and sensitive tape describing traditional and non-traditional treatments for RA.
I've been a singer all my life and have performed leading and chorus roles in many amateur musical productions which has resulted in many types of voices from young adult to mature and sexy. Some of the roles include Marian the Librarian in the Music Man, Rosemary Pilkington in How to Succeed in Business, Hot Box dancer in Guys and Dolls.
I used to work for a credit company making collection calls. I would use my voice to express many emotions when speaking with customers ranging from stern to caring.
I am also a member Monrovia Reads and twice a year I volunteer to read to a grade shool class.
Voice has been my passion since I first learned how to talk. In fact my Mother claims my first words were sung. Growing up in the ‘new age of television’ I was surrounded by TV jingles, show theme songs and show tunes which I easily and enthusiastically memorized. I also started playing piano at 5 years of age.
Following is my complete musical resume including training I've had recently for voice overs and plays in which I had speaking parts.

I have designed my in-home studio which consists of a Mac computer with Skype, camera, speakers, cardioid condenser microphone with pre-amp and Audacity software for recording and editing.
I am currently employed by Caltech (California Institute of Technology) in Pasadena. In this position, I work with college students, under grads and grads, who are the most exceptional students anywhere. Exceptional students, mean exceptional professors, also. I work for 4 professors in the Electrical Engineering Dept. There are also many foreign students and professors in this community. It's a very interesting environment to work in. I guess you could call me a 'people person' because I enjoy listening to and learning about new people.
