My Voice Experience

A few years ago, I managed a hotel and restaurant/lounge: I had to utilize my voice talent for the customer service department.

I also had to handle phone reservations which required me to record: greetings voice mail and messages on hold. The customer complaints department required on hold messages and greetings, etc.

The hotel believed that i had a good radio voice so I was picked to do the voice-over for the hotels radio commercials.

Before that I handled the phone system at a local pizza shop in Atlanta.

Currently I am an At-Home-Call-Center contractor for West Corp./Sears
