Imitate event related noises ie; machine guns, fire hose, hysteria with a "wacky" twist - great for video games (anything with a screen). My voice is highly energetic, entertaining and capable of retaining attention for motivational/encouraging audiotapes, seminars, and sales. Spontaneous and fun for animal and baby comments/thoughts for movies, TV shows and commercials.
I also possess, a warm, professional, and engaging voice for Instruction/Training classes, documentaries and narration.

My Voice Experience

Hi,
I have kept audiences entertained with voice overs, imitations, and random, spontaneous bursts of outrageous behavior since I was 6yrs.old without the benefit of any formal training. I cannot list prior experiances, jobs, or recordings as I have none.

My Training

Hello,
I played the Violin in front of a live audience when I was seven and won "1st Place" (I still have the metal as evidence). I was on the school paper when I was in 7th grade (I hated it). I've had my Nursing Degree (RN) since I was 20 yrs. old and worked in CCU for 27yrs., where I apparently developed "Gallow Humor" (it's not contagious). And, for "Nurses Day" 2yrs. in a row I was asked to share with my peers, all of the "dumb things" I'd done throughout my career, for their amusement. I now teach Nursing students and have prided myself in keeping their attention for 4-5 hrs. at a time, with very few "sleepers".
Over the course of "my" many years, I've had "lots and lots" of acquaintances/strangers suggest and encourage me to pursue my dream of doing voice overs, but I had no clue of how to go about it. Then, 2mo. ago, two journalist students overheard me doing one of my crazy voices and highly recommended I go on-line to Voice 123. So, here I am.

Additional Skills

I am a highly skilled CCU nurse who now trains student nurses. I've been recognized as one of the most positive, supportive and encouraging instructors by students and staff. I was selected to appear in the 2008-2009 edition of "Who's Who in Nursing"
