My Voice Experience

I am constantly being complimented that I have a great voice....most people refer to my voice as a "1-900" voice. I use to work with a lady that called me just that...to her, my name was 1-900 - and it is now a nickname that has been with me ever since. I have used my voice to set up employee voice mails, voice mail greetings, voice messages.

My Training

I have never had any formal training on my voice. It is a natural talent for me to know how to use it and use it to the fullest extent of what I may be dealing with at the time. Being in communications as a dispatcher, I talk all the time and use it to the fullest extent! Calmness, coolness, and smoothness goes a long way throughout the day!

I have worked various jobs the past ten years and they have been in different fields - but all have dealt extensively in public relations - in person and over the phone. I have been receiving compliments on my voice for as long as I can remember. I have been a ems dispatcher for the past four years. This is a field that requires someone with a smooth, calm, cool voice as it can be very stressful at times. I get compliments from fellow employees that hearing my voice helps get them through the day...it makes me feel great!
