Voice Description

My voice talent is somewhat unique, I speak British English without the accent; I have a Caribbean accent with a second dialect called Patois. Patois has an African, English and French mix. I can easily do a greetings voicemail, voice mail messages, on hold messages. However, I may easily do Narration and/or storytelling for Documentaries or even voices for cartoon characters and finally Commercials.

My Voice Experience

My experience with communication started with my job as a customer service representative with Equifax Credit information Services in the 1990's. However, prior to this I read stories on tape for Church. At Equifax I have been credited for the four years I was there with excellent tonal quality, great articulation and reading skill. My latent ability to convey intent and meaning was also viewed as excellent. My latest recording was done as an audition for the National Institute of Broadcasting in Toronto where my aforementioned ability was again reiterated.

My Training

My training though less formal than others came through my formal training as a Teacher; where I was the announcer for graduations, sports events, prize givings and such the like. I have been writing since the age of 13 and the area of Mass Communications and media productioon has always been at the forefront of my mind.
