-In my daily job perform role play scenarios were I call in to the call center posing as a certain type of customer.

Additional Skills

One of the main topics that I teach is how to use the voice to express empathy, to sell a product, to sound professional, to gain agreement, and how to show a smile in your voice. I also show how emphasizing certain word changes the whole meaning of a sentence.
I have been Professional Singer for 5 years. I am strongly skilled in singing R&B, Standards and Broadway
