Voice Description

Generally very soft with a bit of an edge. I can make it sound very smooth, warm, and sexy up to loud, raucous and annoying! If you'd like I can provide a silly deep "stupid" voice, a loud Southerner, cranky woman, or little girl. I also have a pretty good cat's meow! My Voice Experience

I provided imaging and commercial voices for CJSR FM in Edmonton, as well as full narrations for the shows "Found Bytes" and "Dig Deep". Provided on-hold messaging services for Crystal Glass Canada (Alberta locations), Amre Supply (National), Harbourfront Health and Wellness Centre (Toronto), and many other companies. I like to speak in different voices and attempt different accents when clowning around with my friends.

My Training

My first experiences with voicing consist of providing spoken word vocals for electronic music. I graduated from broadcasting college in 2005, where I took radio announcing and commercial production (among other things), and that's where I learned to do something more with my voice than simply talk. My internship at a local community radio station consisted of voicing commercials and providing narration for long features and documentaries. After graduation I worked at a company that provided on-hold messaging, where I got used to voicing everything from school calendars to long on-hold messages and voice prompts.

Additional Skills

I'm a producer at heart...I produce electronic music and provide my own voice for those projects, as well as for the projects of other musicians. I've also been known to sing once in a while! At present I produce on-hold messages, but my love is of any kind of audio production!
