I can attest that she is a true leader who is able to create and develop a strong team of volunteers to run the student TV network and provide television coverage of numerous on and off-campus events. Also, she has demonstrated her managerial skills through her support in the recruitment, selection of participants and the retention of students of the Minaici Family Lead Now Summer Institute.

Furthermore, Shannie H is a compassionate individual who has narrated for a awarding winning documentary film and served as the Marketing and Public Relations Director of the documentary film Blooming Hope: Harvesting Smiles in Port-de-Paix. She has crafted plans to reach the community of South Florida and raise sponsors for the film. In addition, several journalists about this noble cause, which aims to aide the poorest region of our hemisphere, have successfully interviewed her. She has demonstrated a great capacity to effectively communicate with various entities and individuals for the development of the film.
