My Voice Experience
the experience i have of using my voice would be mainly on the telephone when i used to fundraise for charity this involved being at times persuasive and making the supporter feel important for example.on the other hand i am a nurse so i have had to be firm in my manner and leading a team of proffessionals always in charge

having a musical background has given me a good understanding of the use of the voice also, as well as this i have been a personal assistant before so have had to liase with many different kinds of people in the medical field for around eleven yrs
