My Voice Experience

I sound and look a lot younger than I am, so I'm always mistaken for younger. I read wonderful narratives and I love long speeches/lectures. Most of my promos have been radio spots about umcoming bar activities for the 21-30 something crowd or Rodeo events.

My Training

I have my Associates Degree in Social and Behavioral Health and there isn't a college Honors English course that I didn't take as an elective for fun. I am a former police officer so I have a command presence tone to my voice when I need to. I also have a higher pitched voice I do for getting the crowds riled up at a function or event. I've been acting and modeling since I was 2 1/2 years old and have taken many acting and modeling, voice and diction classes. I speak very well and proper but can also speak slang when the part calls for it. I'm very well rounded in all areas of entertainment.

My Studio Equipment

I do not have my own studio. A close friend of mine owns the studio though.

Additional Skills

I am very professional and down to earth. I believe that work can be fun if you find the right job. I'm courteous and professional and a very hard worker. I have no problem pulling more than my share of work in order to get the job done.
As I stated earlier, I learned as a law enforcement officer that one (especially as one as petite as myself) hads to have a command presence in their voice in order to get the point across in a serious manner.
I also know that in order to do a lot of jobs, your voice has be higher pitched and cheery.
I would love to get into Children's films such as the Pixar films for kids, as I read my nieces those stories and put the voices in the characters myself. It would be fun to have more opportunity in those areas.
