Voice Description

My voice is heavy and warm and perfect for narrations. I have been described as a very sexi late night voice or a news anchor or Disc Jockey voice. I have been blessed with this voice for over 25 years and i can produce a wide variety of sounds with it. I actually have three commercials that are on Youtube which aired nationally and will give you a good idea of the broad sound of my voice and where I can go with it. I have a home digital studio where I also produce R & B music as well as HIP HOP. Simply put I am a one stop shop. I can record the VO, lay music to it and deliver it to you via MP3 with no problem at all and this can be done within a 24 hour turnaround period. My Voice Experience

I currently work at an ad agency (The Gary Group) located in Santa Monica, CA. I am the Director of Traffic & Commercial Continuity. I have been here for over 11 years and I deal with a wide arrangement of people. And each and everyday before i decided to actually do VO work i would get complimented on my voice. Now mind you the majority of my compliments came from the women that I speak with that work at the different TV stations and local Cable networks at first..But as time progressed i would hear compliments from different men that i spoke with as well. My Boss (Dick Gary) actually recognized my potential and suggested that i start doing VO work on the side. As the clients came in that needed commercials produced they started to tap into my VO ability to do VO for their different projects. It started with a retail tag for the Rock group American Hi Fi and went on to include commercials for Jill Scott, Carl Thomas, Bone Thugs in Harmony Movie, Steve Harvey, Katt Williams, Wingstop food chain, the following movies for Codeblack Films: Confessions of a Call Girl, Me and Mrs. Jones, Internet Dating, Skin Deep and The Black Christian Conferance and many others. The commercials were used for TV and radio and aired national as well as locally.

My Training

I have a BA in Business Management from Paul Quinn College based in Dallas Texas. I have trained with the VO professionals at Kalmenson and Kalmenson and completed several of their VO courses. at kalmenon we studied Theatre, TV Commercials as well as radio.

My Studio Equipment

Protools, Sound modules, external digital record, mics, boom, poppers, keyboards, samplers well as studio moniters for perfect playback sound.

Additional Skills

My voice will tell it all. Not only can i sound like the person you need but i can also change up my voice quit a bit and change it to someone you may need for another project. i can produce a wide range of chracters for you to choose from. Please give me a call and you will not be dissapointed.
