My voice is quite deep and tends to resonate through an area. I currently hold a minor management position in a large retail store where customers will approach me from a hundred feet away to comment on my voice and how it affected them.

I can portray emotion through my speech effectively - as well as altering 'temperature' and depth on the fly.

My ability to read and retain the written word allows me to read ahead of the current line I may be speaking, ensuring dialogue, monologue and/or pitch or inflection changes occur smoothly with little need for repeated attempts.

My Voice Experience

Very little, with the exception of three radio commercials a few years ago. The company I worked for at the time decided to do a series of Christmas commercials including a rewritten version of "Deck the Halls."

At the time, the radio station's producer felt he could do no better than my voice, and my first voice spot was born. I wrote the commercials myself, including the changed lyrics, and also did the singing as well as the spoken ads.

Recently, I took a seventy-five page Ebook from a well-known US bodybuilder and recorded it as an audio book under a contract obtained through Elance. The customer was very satisfied with both the work and the timeliness of my communication and project completion.

My Training

Education:
Graduate level work in Divinity, Philosophy, Ancient Religions and then over twenty years traveling fifty countries as a lay-monk.

Training:
I have spoken to masses as large as fifty-thousand people on a grass plain with no sound equipment, as well as guided small and large groups in bridge building, irrigation and other third world projects. Due to the strength and resonance of my voice, the sound of it alone tends to make people perk up and listen - ideal when guiding complex projects with little to no manual equipment.

Dealing with starvation, children and tens of thousands of woman (most widowers) in India taught me to use the depth of my voice to communicate what was necessary as well as bring a sense of compassion and caring into my speech.
