Voice Description

International and mid-atlantic. Voice is deep, rich, soothing, warm, and intimate. I am repeatedly told the following (in different ways): "The very first impression we had of your voice is its fantastically soothing and convincing nature that rooted us to our seats listening to you".

Of course being a natural voice actor, that voice becomes uptempo to high-octane -- while still deep and powerful -- per your specifications. Wide voice range due to my wide international experience: From voiceover recordings of English translations of Ancient Indian spiritual audiobooks....to fast-paced English commercials for Hong Kong television.

My kareoke singing of Frank Sinatra tunes always gets them up and clapping, and many say my voice is "spot-on" to his when crooning the Cole Porter favorites.

My Voice Experience

Voiceover work at major post production houses for television commercials spanning nearly 25 years of work. Commercials for US AIR, Kent Cigarettes, Pierra Cardin, Puma Actionwear, Gillette, Canon and many many more.

I have been the voiceover talent for many industrial and corporate videos, and have done television continuity work.

Have been hired by some of the world's most premier ad agencies for television VO work, including Ogilvy Mather and J. Walter Thompson.

My Training

My natural talent was discovered by an executive with Ogilvy Mather during my years living in the Orient. Ultimately I became the major American voice for that major overseas market for both radio and television commercials, as well as continuity work. They appreciated the "mid-Atlantic / international" quality of my voice. Since 1984, I have been doing the same wide range of voiceover work in the United States.

I have been singer for 35 years. I am also a writer, and wrote a popular book on trading the financial markets (used in over 80 countries), and am currently working on a novel about India.
