My Voice Experience

I am a former radio disc jockey and announcer. I worked several different formats, including rock 'n' roll, country and easy listening. I've been employed at many production facilities in the Los Angeles area and have done various voice over work. Also, I have recorded narrations for the space program at JPL as well.

My Training

I graduated from the University of South Carolina majoring in Broadcast Journalism, emphasizing programing and production. I was chief announcer at the school radio station that broadcast statewide and I enrolled in acting classes.

My Studio Equipment

I have two studio mics - a Shure 57 and a Soundworks DM500. I can record to my PC with an M-Audio Fast Track interface module, or I can use my Avid editing system attached to my Behringer audio mixer. I have a production music library and can shoot video with my Panasonic Proline MiniDV camera and edit.

Also I have a 3 light kit, reflector card and lav mics.

Additional Skills

I have much experience voice training up and coming tv news reporters and am a one man band when it comes to total video production. In addition, I was a producer/director for NASA at JPL in Pasadena, CA and did many voice overs for the space program.
