My Voice Experience
The only real voice over experience I have had is reading to my childern at bed time.
Making up different voices for the characters in the books or using the character voices that are already established.
I have read books using Elmo's voice, Hank Hill from "Over the Hill" or Bobcat Golthwait from the Police Academy series. To name a few.
I have a lot of fun with the different characters and I try to think/feel what that character should sound like and then become that character and have fun with it.
I enjoy it and have a lot of fun with it, I have been doing different voices ever since I can remember. In school I would do different voices and make the kids laugh. I can also do different animal noises, dolphin, elephant, dog barking and cat meows...to name a few as well.
My Training
No formal training and just life experience as my education. I listen to a voice or a sound and I try to imitate or duplicate it and do the best I can. I have fun with it.
My Studio Equipment
None.
Additional Skills
I am a salesman by trade and I have to become my client. Know what their likes and dislikes are and what they are looking for. So, I become a chamelon and try to become them. That's what I try to do with voices and sounds.
And I never give up.
