Voice Description
My voice can best be described as clear and is able to change at any time... deep, intense narrators voice; Good for sport narrations, exciting announcements, or movie promotions.
Really good at sounding like a cheesy infomercial announcer or car salesman.
Also, CARTOON VOICES are a favorite of mine. I can easily make children laugh by changing the pitch and tone in my voice.

My Voice Experience
Since the time of grade school I've been making friends, classmates, and teachers laugh. Not by telling jokes but by IMPERSONATIONS of teachers, coaches, faculty members, and many other people.
I loved to make people laugh, and I have been told all my life that I'm funny and should do stand up comedy or something pertaining to comedy.
I recently worked promotions for a radio station in Austin, Tx. (Mix 94.7) The DJ I worked with on a regular basis is the man who told me I could have a career in Voice overs. He told me my voice was very versatile;
(ex: One time, while promoting the station to a crowd of people, I went from impersonating an energetic, reggaeton club announcer to a children's high pitched cartoon character and got a great response from the crowd.) That was when I realized I loved to perform and that I have the special talent of changing my voice.
My Training
In college I learned how to give speeches and presentations without looking like someone who has no idea what they are talking about. I learned to be prepared, confident, and optimistic in my presentations. I was a mass communications major, until I switched my minor: Psychology, to my major and communications as my minor. Studying Psychology gave me great insight on why people exert behaviors the way they do. I believe my major and minor fields of study correlate well with each other because you have to understand the public's CURRENT behavior to communicate a message that is well understood and/or effective.

Additional Skills
From December of '05 to Dec.'06 I worked promotions and events for MIX 94.7 and learned a lot about the radio industry. I am 24yrs old have 6hrs of spanish class to graduate from Texas State Univ. I love playing the guitar & writing songs. Also, surfing and going to the lake w/friends.
Basically, I've never done a voice over job before, but I know how to change the pitch and tone in my voice, I know how to make people laugh using my voice, and I believe I can easily mold my voice into ANY type of character you are looking for. Just give me an idea and I'll run wild with it!
