My Voice Experience

I have been a telephone customer service representative in several different industries including cosmetics, book publishing, and mental health services. Thus, I can adapt the tone and delivery of my voice to fit the needs of the customer/client. For example, as mental health service customer service representative, my voice needed to be warm, patient, and reassuring to make the client feel comfortable in discussing their mental health concerns with me. Furthermore, as a cosmetic customer service representative, my voice needed to be warm, cheerful, articulate and informative so that the cosmetic sale consultants felt like they were getting the information that they needed to help their business.

My Training

I have had no formal voiceover training however my experience above provided me with many opportunties to exercise the range of my voice. Nevertheless, I do hold a Bachelor's degree from Baylor University in Texas.
