My Voice Experience

I was very young when I began to talk, but it wasn't my youth which surprised my mum; it was my accent! We lived in sunny California, close to the beach, where surfer speak and valley girl mingled in equal measure. Despite the fact I had never travelled to any other state, nor been exposed to a variety of accents, much to my family's delight, I somehow managed to develop a sweet southern drawl. Ever since these toddler days, I have been fascinated with accents and simply adore seeking out linguistic challenges. I earned a degree in English at UC Berkeley, with an emphasis on the Victorian age, allowing me to indulge in British accents whenever possible. Through the years, I've honed my voice skills, along with writing and filmmaking. I am passionately committed to pursuing creative challenges and look forward to providing you with an extraordinary result.

My Training

I began acting nearly 5 years ago and my work has screened on a domestic and international basis, winning a variety of awards. I began filmmaking in 2005. My short films have screened at a variety of film festivals around the United States and I am constantly stretching myself creatively. My most recent project involved a multi-media interactive display for a museum, in which I provided both character and expository voices to tell the story of maritime families in the 19th century.
