Sarah has performed with a number of local and regional choral groups, sung with small groups performing contemporary Gospel music, worked as a volunteer reading to children, and provided training events for professionals and graduate students concerning disability awareness and pastoral care concerns.
Sarah studied music business at Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana, before completing her Bachelor's degree in psychology and special education. Her coursework in music business included classes in music production, songwriting, and vocal technique. She later completed her M.Div. at Anderson University. Work on this degree included a course in preaching which allowed her to further hone her speaking skills.
Sarah maintains a small home studio equipped with Sure and AudioTechnica microphones, Yamaha PSR530, Cakewalk Sonar Producer, Goldwave, and CoolEdit Pro.
Sarah has worked as a freelance writer providing content for health-related sites since 1995. Her knowledge of issues facing people with disabilities and other medical conditions has taught her to focus on the needs and desires of her audience. Grammar is also one of Sarah's strengths, and she is able to deliver copy that brings home the point in strong and clear words.
