My Voice Experience

I am very new to the voice over field. I have done several projects while attending school, such as radio plays, a student movie, and college radio broadcasting.

I do not have any paid voice over experience as yet...but one has to start somewhere.

I have had school teachers, sound professionals, radio professionals, and professionals in the voice over business STRONGLY encourage me to get into this profession. So at this point I am looking for anything that can get me stared.

I am an excellent reader, take direction very well, mature, and responsible.

My Training

I am a college graduate and a retired military officer.

I have taken local college courses for broadcasting, that include, Performance for the media, Announcing, Voice and Diction, Interviewing, Radio Broadcasting, and performed and internship with a local radio media group as a production specialist. I have a Certificate of Technical Studies in Telecommunications (Radio) from Bossier Parish Community College.

During my internship I produced a few commercials, and voiced some for broadcast.

I currently do not any any production equipment.

Additional Skills

I am a retired military officer with prior enlisted experience. I worked as a para-legal as an enlited man and as an administrator/commander as an officer.

I have been employed as a casino dealer for many years.

I am an avid golfer, I play guitar, have done some sailing. I have travelled to may places in the world and been exposed to various cultures.
