My Voice Experience

I don't have any actual voice-over experience, but I work for a wireless phone company where I am on the phones all day, which has given me a lot of experience in building rapport over the phone with people. When you are in person talking with someone, you take into account body language and expression, but over the phone, all the person hears is your voice. So you have to really make up for the loss of visual in your tone and the way you talk to them, so that they still can relate to you and build that connection with you.
