Voice Description

I have a fairly deep voice for a 23 year old. I'm usually softspoken, but I'm also capable of using my voice to convey any sort of contextual situation. I make the most out of my vocal range, and am able to go from a professional or deep tone to a more spontaneous one with little or no difficulty. I'm most comfortable singing in the bass range, but can perform a limited tenor part.

I am able to do a fair number of accents with my voice, most of them American. I can also do a number of European accents, most notably British, Irish, and German.

My Voice Experience

My voice is currently being used for the phone answering system at the local Old Navy, where I am currently employed. I recorded with the system almost 1 1/2 years ago, and my voice is occasionally rerecorded to accomodate changes to the store.

I am also participating in an internship at a Lexington television station (WTVQ), and will be featured on camera and in voice over segments.

My Training

I don't have any professional training in the voice over field aside from a few years of vocal training with a choir director as I was growing up.

I am, however, studying journalism and have gained some experience with voice overs and appearing on camera during an internship at a local television station's news department.

Additional Skills

I was a member of a church choir for over 10 years. I was also involved in my high school's drama department, and appeared on stage in both plays and musicals. I also provided narration in some of these productions.
