My Voice Experience

well i've had call center experience for about 9yrs and on every single call I get compliments from either my boss or customers on how well I speak and an amazing tone of voice. I never thought about doing voice over until the other day while speaking to a customer who refused to pay stated my voice caught his attention, he informed me that I'd do very well in the voice over industry and literally begged that I research and get involved. So here I amm I don't have any experience but always ready for any task at hand.
