Voice Description

I like to think my voice is akin to that of Mike Rowe... only in a slightly higher timbre. I'm a goofy and silly kinda guy and I love to goof off so when I'm doing the various voices I do (young African American male, "slow" young white male, overly excited "announcer guy"), I get rather amused reactions. I can do silly, or I can bring it down to present the spoken word with a solid, smooth sounding tone. I have a voice that screams,"Hey, this guy is everybody's buddy."

My Training

I studied Radio, TV and Film in my second semester of college before I dropped out but in my audio production course, we had to record radio spots and our final grade was for a fifteen minute radio "drama", of which my group and I received a 91 A-. I performed as a young boy and as an evil Santa Claus in a script written by me.

My Studio Equipment

Though I'm planning on upgrading my studio soon, currently I own a Logitech USB microphone (not the most top quality but it works well for my purposes), an Apple Mac Mini, Audacity audio recording software, Apple GarageBand, generic brand pop filter screen.
