Voice Description

I have a very average and clear baritone. At the ripe old age of 18, I can easily sound like a child, teen or young adult.

I have a variety of accents that I can utilise on request. These include Indian, Upper Class British, Lower Class British (Cockney), Italian, Russian, Stereotype American (non-exaggerated), Hill Billy American,etc... Specialty accents could easily be produced on request. Eg--> A Yorkshire Lighthouse Keeper.

As for variety in inflection and delivery, I can provide a wide range. For example, the high fast young adult-ish voice for a Coke Advertisment. Slow, deeper and suave for a male sleeze.

My main talent lies in mimmicking. I can very competently mimmick several cartoon characters and TV show characters. Some of these include Stewie Griffin (Family Guy), Roger the Alien (American Dad), Elma Fudd, Scooby Doo. I can fit many stereotypes also, such as "gothic horror transylvanian", "the tall, dumb mafioso" and "the flambouyant homosexual theatre nutt".

I can easily tailor to your needs if you require specialist accents/mimmicking.

My Voice Experience

Music experience: (Don't groan... I think it's important)

- One of my current jobs is playing Alto Saxophone at restaurants. I've been learning since 1998 (Grade 8 AMEB.)

Drama experience: (Contrary to popular belief)

- Various TV Advertisements and Professional Theatre Productions (Oliver!, Oklahoma, Fiddler on the Roof, Westside Story)

-Public Performances include carols by candlelight King George Square, Christmas 1999, concert at Wesley Hospital Auditorium 1996,

-AGMF (Australian Gospel music Festival- Main Event Stage. Audience 10,000) 2003 and 2004 at Toowoomba support for James Morrison, Guy Sebastian and Paulini (both from Australian Idol). Also supported Rebecca St. James.

-Worked as announcer for 'Gotcha!' , children’s radio program with 96.5 FM Family Radio for 4 years.

-2001 co-starred in a CMC video aimed at encouraging children to stand up against injustice (shown at RNA Brisbane 2001 and ready for distribution to schools)

- 3 years of radio Announcer work for a Brisbane community based radio station Lakes FM

-Leading role on Video, “How to Drug Proof Your Kids” 2003 (Genesis Productions)

For actual Voice Acting work experience, I have been actively voicing for amateur game modifications for 3 years. I nearly landed a CGI TV show in 2003 that was to air in America, but the progect never eventuated

My Training

No formal qualifications as of yet. DONT LET THAT PUT YOU OFF!!!

- I am currently working in a Roving Acting Company with Niel Fanning, the voice of Scooby Doo (the recent films). He's giving me some pointers!

- I am currently unaware of any formal qualifications that can be obtained within the Brisbane Metropolitan area.

- I'm currently Studying at the University of Queensland in Bachelor of Applied Science: Human Movement Studies

Writing and speaking experience: ( The last bit of drivel... I swear!)

I am an avid writer and confident Public Speaker and Storyteller. For some ridiculous reason beyond my control,I wrote and read my own introduction to the launch of a government departmental program in the foyer of Government House Brisbane as a year one student.

I have since claimed full responsibility for the current state of QLD politics...

I have also been a Labourer in 2003 and I am currently applying to join the Australian Army Reserves.
