Voice Description
I have been an MC for live events for over 7 years. My regular voice tends to have that club promo excited type of sound to it. However, I have had years of acting and voice training which has enabled me to do many different things vocally. I can pitch my voice very high for little kids voices, or pitch it low to sound older. I have a lot of energy, and like to put that into my voice. I also have a very articulate and clear sounding voice, which comes in handy for narrations or PSA's. I am able to do a southern accent because I am originally from the south. However, accents are not my strong point.

My Voice Experience
I have been a film, tv, and theatre actor for over 8 years. As I stated above, I also have been an MC for live events and parties for 7 years. I have a lot of experience on the microphone, and performing in general. I was a radio/audio major in college, so my experience consists of college assignments and projects. However, my major has expanded my knowledge of how studio production is done, and microphone use...this has helped me a lot to discover my talents in the voice over world. In college, we were responsible for writing, voicing, and producing our own commercials, radio dramas and other voiceovers, so I have about 3 years experience doing in that aspect of it. My senior year I interned for MTV Networks: MTV Radio as a radio production intern.
My Training
-Education-
Bachelors degree in Communcations: Radio/Audio with a drama minor from Hofstra University.
High School diploma from Douglas Anderson School of the Arts as a performance theatre major.
Classes include over 8 years of acting and voice classes from the two above institutions and The School For Film and Television in New York City.
3 years of radio/audio production classes which included radio features, radio dramas, sound designs for film, commercials, PSA's, and audiobooks. I also completed a writing for radio/audio class taught by Susan Murphy who is the voice for numerous banks, and other automated systems across the country. She gave us many voiceover tips throughout the class.

Additional Skills
I am still MCing every weekend, and pursuing acting on a weekly basis so I am used to performing vocally all the time. I also performed musical theatre for about 5 years when I was younger;
