My Voice Experience
I am called upon to give speeches to the Scottish community in South Australia - being a South Australian/Scot I am a member of the Scottish Associations of South Society of SA, etc. I am interviewed on a regular basis by Scottish Radio 5EBI-FM I am also called upon to be an MC at numerous functions, give readings and was the Scottish representative on a most successful television advert SA - A United State of Mind - for the United Nations Association of Australia, SA/South Australian Multicultural Association which was supposed to air on Harmony Day but has been on regularly for three years. I also give readings for the Romero Group of South Australia headed by Sr Janet Mead. I gave the welcoming address for Nobel Peace Prize Winner/President of East Timor, Dr Jose Ramos Horta, East Timor, when he visited Adelaide, presented a workshop at the Celtica Festival in Port Adelaide and MCd on a regular basis the annual dinner for the United Nations Association of Australia, SA.
I have MCd/organised various Film Premieres here in Adelaide.
My Training
I was educated in Scotland where I studied drama and singing at the Pollok Community Centre; did a course at The Stage Door, South Australia, studied the Art of Voice Over - a workshop conducted by the Australian Radio School, South Australia and attended a New Step Master Class Acting and Audition Techniques for Screen workshop conducted by Lyn Pike, Adelaide.

My career has been in marketing/management administration at the University of South Australia and its antecedent the South Australian Institute of Technology.
I am working on a project at present to bring the oldest cutter ship in the world (older than the Cutty Sark) 'The City of Adelaide' from Irvine, Scotland, to Port Adelaide, South Australia.
