My Voice Experience

I was hired by Arthur Anderson Accounting firm, site unseen (which the human resource manager says she had never done that before)and I was there for 5yrs. AAA in Houston, Texas used my voice for there the first voice you hear in a recording. I was just hired by HDMC group (9/26/05) by phone never filling out an appication until two days later, to represent their company. (Which again is the first voice you hear when calling into the company)

My Training

I Come from a singing family - My brother received his first gold album from Dick Clark and my sister sung with Nina Simone and also the Fabulous Counts. I was trained in elementary school and sung in choir for all events. I did the news for a radio station in Houston.

I have been mistaken numerous times for a recording, meaning that it was too precise.(understandable) I always use a smile, moderate pace, professional,proper diction and a personable tone.
I have listened to various voices that are just too cheery and you cannot make out what is being said accept the cheeriness.I made announcements for an airline, I won a monetary award for saleing more memberships by phone than my co-workers.
