Additional Skills
My formal training and professional experience has been in customer service for high-tech products, requiring experience in persuasive communications and call handling skills. Accent neutralization and connection with the customer training and experience is nearly exclusively been audio until recent introduction of video with Polycom video equipment. I present highly technical materials, organizational impact and budget proposals for new systems, and end-user basic training, as well as change management.
