Over the past 18 years as a 911 dispatcher I have had to use my voice to calm people down, keep them going, get their attention and present this information in a clear consice manner. I had to be the calm in the storm.

I have been a volunteer AEMT-I for the past 22 years, this along with being a 911 dispatcher has given me the ability to focus, listen, and follow directions to get the job done no matter what.
