My voice may be described as non-geographical, in that my voice does not denote a particular region of the United States. I am, however, from the midwest and have enjoyed compliments for years on my voice (strong enunciation, expression) with a lower tone(pitch). I can sound like a non-caring teen, or a mature woman. I have a relaxed, soothing style that is compliments instructional scripts, documentaries.

My Voice Experience

I began using my voice to make a living with a Spanish language program in high school. While in college (Southern Illinois University-Carbondale) I anchored the news and hosted a weekly television program. After college I worked as a news anchor/reporter with a special Education Beat. Since leaving news, I host a quarterly public affairs television program and work full time as a media consultant. I also do voice over work for non profit organizations with international distribution.
