My Voice Experience

With my occupation as a customer service rep. many people have told me my voice is soothing. I have been able to relax irate customers by the fluctuation of my voice.
I also meet people online with similar results. I have been told all my life I have a "beautiful voice", "nice voice". People have called or come by to talk with me to hear my voice to help them relax.

My Training

My initial training was as a child through a speach therapist. I have also learned to listen how other people speak. On my job with Horzion Blue Cross Blue Shield, we have been advised speak clearly to be well understood. My training has come from repetition, listening to others speak and perfecting the sounds I hear.
