I have been trained and required to speak during attendance at the 7th Army Non-commisioned Officers Academy while enlisted in the U.S. Army... have been politically active in the AMVETS (American Veterans) organization as Adjudant and Judge Advocate providing oral and written communication to the B.O.T. and membership... acted as liason for working peers to present dispositions and ideas to management.
