My Voice Experience

I got into broadcasting in my senior year of high school (1960) and have worked in radio stations from New Mexico to New Jersey, and Illinois to Texas. I was program director for KFAY (country station in Fayetteville, AR) for three years. I had a 1st class radio telephone operators license and was in engineering and production at WJJD (50,000 watt country station in Chicago) in 1967 and '68. Other notable stations I worked at are WROK (AM-FM, middle of the road, Rockford IL), WACO (top 40 station, Waco, TX.) in the late '60s.

I have done unsupervised commercials, promos, PSA's, etc. production work, script writing, disk jockey air shifts, and equipment maintenance at all of these stations and more.

My Studio Equipment

I have a home studio with audio mixing equipment. I have a LARGE music library including all types and moods of production music as well as sound effects for ANY project. I can provide professional sounding spots in exact time lengths (eg. 30 sec., 60 sec,. etc) for commercial broadcast. Spots will have ending musical "stingers" unless it is without music or otherwise requested.
