I have worked in Customer Service call center for many years and was noted several times for calming irate callers. I also pastored a church 11 years, so have delivered countless sermons, spoke at graduation ceremonies, banquets, lectured in classroom settings, new hire orientation facilitator on my job, and some television talk shows, etc.
