My Voice Experience

I am a successful songwriter and singer. In most of my recording projects I have used my voice over talent to accentuate my creations. It is much more interesting than merely listening to one song after the other. Some of the voice overs have bordered on comedic, and some were used to add power to the project. In many of my songs at some point, whether in the beginning, the end, or right smack dab in the middle, I've used my speaking voice to add that "something extra" that I feel makes me unique as an artist. So it was only natural that I should become a Voice Over Artist in addition to my Songwriting and Recording. I've also used the talent of others when needed. (Whatever works best). I am very creative in whatever I do, but have no problem following a script. I have also co-produced most of my projects. I am presently the Announcer for the "From the Heart Music Hour" presented by FTH Records right here in beautiful Sopchoppy, Florida,. It is a weekly radio show broadcast by Oyster Radio 106.5fm.
I also have three brothers and a Father with very powerful, and creative voices. It's all in the genes. I look forward to helping to make your projects come to life.

My Training

I began doing imitations of people like Ed Sullivan, Clint Eastwood, John and Robert Kennedy, when I was a child. I later became a singer and songwriter. During my performances, I would incorporate different voices, and impressions to help win over audiences.
In selling my CDs, I have always been the Voice Over Guy in my radio spots promoting my CDs, as well as spots promoting the venues where my band and I were playing at the time. I've long been a fan of Mel Blanc, and all of the Bugs Bunny Cartoons. I am almost constantly doing a character, or immitation for some reason. It just makes life much more fun. Again, I am presently working as the Announcer for the "From the Heart Music Hour", and I do radio commercials on a regular basis.

Additional Skills

I can train my voice to do almost anything, including opera.(The problem is that I know very little Italian, German, or Spanish, so sometimes I just make up my own foreign language).
Although I love to be creative and entertaining, I can also be very serious. I believe in giving the client exactly what he/she is looking for. If the customer is happy, we're all happy.
I can do voice mail greetings, radio commercials, movie trailers, etc... basically anything you need in a quality Voice Over. I do a wide range of voices and can adapt to whatever tone and mood you are trying to bring across in your particular project.
