Additional Skills

I currently work for Amtrak, as a Reservation Agent so I think the experience I bring with me is working in Customer Service all my life and learning to know people, people of different cultures. I raised two children on my own and when they would cry I would do different voices for them so they would quit crying and it usally worked. I have had lots of animals and I can sound alot like certain animals. At all the jobs I have had I needed to sound professional, So sounding professional is not a problem for me.
