My Voice Experience

Over 20 years in Radio Broadcasting. Worked at several radio stations in Northern and Southern California. Began broadcasting career narrating a wide range of training films for United States Army Television Division. Voiced hundreds of commercials for radio and television. Serious, soft and in between. Both national and local spots.

My Training

Began broadcasting the news at high school radio station in Michigan. Narrated training films and worked in audio production while in the U. S. Army. Received degree in radio/tv at Fullerton College in Southern California. Worked at several radio stations over 6-years where I also wrote, voiced and produced commercials for "on-air" broadcast.

Taught Radio Production and Broadcast Sales classes at Fullerton College while in management at local radio station in Southern California. Also, graduated from The Columbia School of Broadcasting.

My Studio Equipment

I use a Dell laptop with 2-gig's of memory. My studio is adequately sound-proof. The software I use is Adobe Audition (2003).

I use a Radio Shack unidirectional Dynamic Microphone with a wide 60-16,000Hz frequency response to insure crisp, clear vocals.

I have basic production music and sfx loaded on my computer and can find additional as needed.

Additional Skills

I have worked with hundreds of clients and businesses... bankers, car dealers, furniture stores, night clubs, lawyers....you name it.

I have raised a family, like golfing, the outdoors and baseball. (However, current health issues with cronic pain and fatigue have slowed me down.) A good lead time on projects is greatly appreciated

I have 3-dogs, like classic cars and trucks and most people from all walks of life. I'm easy to work with and enjoy what I do.
