My Voice Experience

I am a Fitness Professional. My experience includes Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Training. I am presently the owner of my own Pilates and Yoga studio, and use my voice daily as an instument to coax, motivate, and direct my clients.
I have been asked repeatedly by my clients to record my voice using the relaxation techniques I use while teaching Yoga, and have just completed a rough draft.
I was also a drill instructor in the military ( SA Navy ), where voice projection was key.
Instructor in Electronics, so have a strong base knowledge in Electrical, and Electronic terminology.

My Training

I have always used my voice as a tool, from instructing troops in the Navy, teaching Aerobics classes, Personal Training, and students through a guided relaxation at the end of a Yoga class.
