My Voice Experience

Thirty-five years ago when I was a teaching assistant in the theatre arts dept.at a major university, one of my students who was dyslexic, asked me if I could put the textbooks on tape so he might have an easier time of it.
Sounded like a great idea and so I enlisted begining acting students to read textbooks and then novels and all type of works for students with special problems.
I left teaching to go into the corporate world for 27 years and decided to go back into putting texts in audio formats.

My Training

I spent eleven years in the university system, getting various degrees from art history, to studio art, to history and teaching for five years.
I studied acting with the head of the burbank studios in 1979-80, and went on to work for a fortune five hundred company, along the way I had a novel published and have written for journals as diverse as "Soldier of Fortune" to "Leonardo, journal of Art and Technology".

My Studio Equipment

I generally use a local studio in Los Angeles, and San Diego.

Additional Skills

I am an excellent public speaker, and comfortable in from of audiences, large or small. I am also, very well read and a trained researcher in a great many subject areas.
