My Voice Experience

I have made 2 spoken word CDs...Journey to Sabharata in English and Viaje A Sabharata, the Spanish version. I have been a yoga teacher for many years and these 2 CDs are guided meditations, taking the listener on an exciting inner journey to find inner peace. They contain the anti-stress exercise "autogenics"

I have also made TV commercials and worked in radio shows (Hudson's Theatre of the Mind, Hudson's Soap) and have been interviewed on live radio. I read excerpts from my 1-woman play, Anais Anagram for Radio National Australia and BBC Radio Guernsey "What the Papers Say"

My Training

Educated privately in the UK my main love was for English language and literature. I am an avid reader and as a yoga teacher have taught thousands of classes, each with a guided meditation at the end. These have helped me tremendously, particularly with ad-libbing!

My training as a professional actress with Lee Strasberg Studio (London)' Jack Waltzer (Paris New York) and the Van Mar Academy of TV & Motion Picture Acting in Hollywood (plus others) has been very helpful. Simply put, I love learning!
