As an award-winning local and network television producer he has directed some of the top voice talent in the USA.
As a voice talent, himself, Rick has been heard on hundreds of local, regional and national radio and TV promos and commercials and on corporate productions and websites. Credits include voiceovers for Dish Network, DirecTV, J2 Global Communications, Meijer, Medikidz, Molson Coors, Rainbow Rewards, Shane Co., Western Union and others.
Rick is a former radio personality and radio news anchor for Album Rock and Rock Oldies formats. He has also worked as a publicist and ad copywriter for a Nevada hotel-casino where he wrote and provided voiceovers for several radio and TV commercials.

Rick Reid has more than 21-years experience as a TV Writer/Producer specializing in on-air promotions. He has worked for broadcast TV stations in Salt Lake City and Las Vegas and for the Starz, Encore, MoviePlex and TNN national television networks. He has written and produced about four thousand TV promos, commercialsm PSAs and short-form documentary interstitials as well as the 2007 documentary TV special, "Gene Autry: White Hat, Silver Screen." He has conducted dozens of interviews with celebrities from movies, TV, politics, sports, publishing, music, etc.
Currently, Rick co-produces the weekly "Starz Studios" movie news series for the Starz TV networks. Rick has also voiced more than a hundred promos, movie trailers, corporate videos and commercials as staff announcer for Starz Entertainment.
Rick has taught audio and video production courses and workshops for the Denver Center Theatre Academy, Colorado State University and American Technical Center. He is also the organizer of the Denver Voice Acting Meetup Group.
Rick is active in Denver-area community theater as both a stage actor and a theatrical sound designer. He also volunteers as a publicist and media producer for a small, non-profit organization in his local community.
Rick's hobbies include travel, snorkeling, attending rock concerts and Broadway plays and watching his favorite TV show, "House, M.D."
