I spent eight years in San Francisco working with Susan and Friends Media. Susan is an accomplished talent that used my voice on her students demos as the "Other" voice of a two voice or multi voice project. I have a Joey award for the engineering of Commercials adding sound effects and music along with my voice.

My Voice Experience

I was an engineer for professional voice overs using Peter Coyote, Cliff Robertson, Will Durst and voices providing commercials for grocery chains and a host of businesses, including Industrial reads and medical! In time I was asked to sit in on reads and then was used regularly! Follow direction very well and beside a very workable personality, I have coached voice for commercials focusing on inflection and eliminating see saw reads.

My Training

I graduated from The College Of Recording Arts In San Francisco 1988. I was hired there as an assistant engineer and instructor. I began working in the voice over industry at Transmedia Inc. San Francisco as an engineer to voice overs of all genre's. Transmedia divided and I went with Susan and Friends Voice Media. Susan an accomplished voice talent wanted an engineer that knew how to put together demos from scratch with effects and music beds. Soon I was accompanying on demos and commercial spots in a variety of voices, attitudes and characters. "Your a natural" Susan Told Me! That is why I am here! She knew I understood the method of reads and voice tone and allowed me quite a bit of latitude accompanying talents and would be talents on tape or demos. Give me a try!

My Studio Equipment

Equipped with ProTools audio recording and editing. I have either outboard rack mounted sound design equipment or the use of on line effects and sound enhancements. Both work great! Music and effects library, Customized music with live instruments. Complete modest studio for analog and digital reproduction along with analog to digital transfers of most audio media. I recently designed the effects of the new children's television series to come "Bommi and Friends" to be launched internationally in Spring 2011. I am a member of ASCAP, Have a Joey Award and a Communicator Award.
